2026-2027 Class Registration/2026-2027 Registro de clases

Every child, K-Confirmation, must be registered for the 2026-2027 year, even if they attended the 2025-2026 classes. Cada niño debe ser matriculado durante el año 2025-2026 a pesar de su asistencia a las clases 2026-2027.

Religious Education classes will be held on Wednesday 5:30-6:30 (Grades K-8, excludes First Communion) starting September 9, 2026. Las clases de Educación Religiosa se llevarán a cabo los miércoles de 5:30 a 6:30 (grados K-8, excluye la Primera Comunión) a partir del 9 de septiembre de 2026.

First Communion and Youth OCIA is held on Sunday, 9:00-10:00 am starting September 13, 2026. La OCIA de Primera Comunión y Juventud se celebra los domingos, de 9:00 a 10:00 de la mañana a partir del 13 de septiembre de 2026.

Confirmation is held on Sunday, 8:30-10:00 am starting August 16, 2026. La confirmación se celebra el domingo, de 8:30 a 10:00 de la mañana a partir del 16 de agosto de 2026.

Child's Emergency Release Emergency information MEDICAL MATTERS: I hereby warrant that to the best of my knowledge, my child is in good health, and I assume all responsibilities for the health of my child. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT: In the event of an emergency, I hereby give permission to St. Catherine's Catholic Church and its representative or volunteers to secure proper treatment for my child. RELEASE: For and in consideration of the above child being allowed to participate in this program, and other valuable consideration, the undersigned parent, guardian, or legal representative, on behalf of the child and child's parents, personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next to kin, do hereby release and hold harmless the Diocese of St. Augustine (hereafter "Diocese"), Bishop Erik Pohlmeier, as Bishop of St. Augustine, a corporation sole, Bishop Erik Pohlmeier, individually, and St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, an entity of the Diocese, all organizers of this program, all volunteers, chaperones, employees and agents of said parties, their personal representatives or assigns, from any loss or damage on account of injury to the person or the personal property of the child, or death, cause by negligence or otherwise, while the said child is engaged in the above program. The undersigned agrees that this release, waiver and indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive permitted by the laws of the State of Florida, and that if any portion of the Agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. The undersigned parent, guardian, or legal representative further acknowledges that he/she is authorized to enter into this Agreement of behalf of the child, the child's parents, personal representative, assigns, heirs, and next of kin. I further authorize any representative of this program to obtain medical treatment for my child in the unlikely event of injury or illness during this program and I agree to pay any expenses incurred for such treatment.
