We are sorry for any confusion the Faith Direct to ParishSoft migration may have caused. We were advised it would be seamless. If you see that more or less than your usual donation is being taken out, please let us know and we will contact ParishSoft.
Most commonly reported so far is, instead of a monthly withdrawal, ParishSoft is in some cases doing weekly.
