Solemnity of Christ, King of the Universe
• Mass schedule for Thursday the 28th, Thanksgiving Day is as follows:
o 7:00pm Vigil Mass on Wednesday, 27th of November, in Spanish
o 9:00am on Thanksgiving Day, Mass in English
o Blessing of Food will follow each Mass
• Volunteers are needed for perpetual Adoration, Fridays 10:00 to 11:00am; and Saturdays 12 Noon to 1:00pm. If you are available, please contact Mary Hartwell, the Perpetual Adoration coordinator.
• More envelopes have been put in the pews for the Debt Reduction fund and the Christmas Flower Offering. Please feel free to take them for your donations.
• The Knights of Columbus Christmas Food Drive has begun, and they ask that you deliver non-perishable food items to the collection area in the Narthex for the Food Drive. Their Christmas Cards are also available for purchase after Mass
• The Thanksgiving Patriotic Rosary will be at 6:30 pm Monday the 25th in the Chapel; And on the 30th, last Saturday of the month, there is Rosary for America and All first responders on the corner of Smith and Kingsley at Noon. All are invited.
• Next Sunday December 1 is the first Week of Advent. At the beginning of each Mass, there will lighting of the Advent Wreath candle. Families who would like to light a candle at any of the Masses, please sign up on the sheet in the Narthex starting from this weekend.
• Giving Tree 2024 is up this weekend. So please pick the color you would want to support and lighten up someone’s face this Christmas.
• The Filippino-American community have tickets for both the New Year Eve party, and their raffle for a weekend getaway in Orlando. The ticket for the New Year Eve party is $60 and ticket for the raffle is $10 or $15 for two. Please purchase yours after Mass.
